Working Across Borders

Context

A Canada-based conference worked on remotely from Istanbul, and the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum in Istanbul.

My role

Virtual Communications Coordinator · Education & Training Intern

Approach

Working across countries has taught me that good communication is about more than just sending messages. It's about understanding people, navigating different perspectives, and keeping everyone moving in the same direction, even when they're working in completely different time zones.
